Uncover a Fish (trophy) symbol on your $5 BASS PRO SHOPS® Instant scratch ticket and you are an instant winner of a $250 Bass Pro Shops® gift card.  This gift card may be used at any Bass Pro Shops® retailer and restaurant locations, through Outdoor World Incentives™, Bass Pro Shops® catalogs or on their website at basspro.com.

All prizes won in the $5 BASS PRO SHOPS® Instant scratch game must be claimed within 1 year of the published close-of-game date of the game. For more game infomration click here.

To claim your gift card:

  1. Remove the latex covering on your ticket to reveal the 13-digit serial number. Please refer to the ticket on the left side of this webpage.

  2. Type in only the 8-digits of the serial number following 712 (game number) into the claim box below and click SUBMIT.

  3. Once your ticket is successfully validated as a winner, you will be prompted to enter your shipping information for prize fulfillment purposes.
